I need to reinstall my copy of MS Office 2019, but I cannot find any reference to the order made in April 2017. I need it to locate my installation ID

There is NO indication in Support on how a customer can access orders older than 7 years!

Please, anybody?

When you first installed and activated Office that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:

As Dave said, you should be able to (re-)install from your list of products in your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services. Depending on the product, you may have to contact Microsoft support to complete the activation (go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus ).

Note that some really old perpetual licenses won't be associated with a Microsoft account at all. You'll need your product key and the original installation media.

Order history in the Microsoft account dashboard only shows downloads and product keys for software that is still associated with the signed-in account; the context does not describe any way to extend order history beyond what is currently shown or to retrieve orders older than the retention period.

To reinstall Office 2019 when the original order is not visible:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page at the account dashboard and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to activate Office 2019.
    2. If the Office 2019 license is listed there, select it and use the Install option to download and reinstall Office. This method does not require the original order details or installation ID.
    3. If Office was purchased through the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program, go to the Home Use Program order history page with the work email address. If an email with a product key is received, follow the instructions in the Workplace Discount Program installation article.
    4. If Office was bought from a third-party website or retailer, download and product key information must be obtained from that seller; Microsoft’s order history will not contain those details.

There is no documented method in the provided context to access or restore Microsoft Store order records older than the period currently visible in Order history. When the product is correctly associated with a Microsoft account, reinstalling from the Services & subscriptions page is the supported path instead of relying on the original order record.
