That parrot image is the Windows lock screen background that appears when the device wakes from sleep. Change it in Lock screen settings.
Follow these steps:
- Open Settings.
- Select Personalization > Lock screen (or use this shortcut: Lock screen).
- Under Personalize your lock screen or Background, choose what should appear:
- Windows spotlight for rotating Microsoft images.
- Picture to pick a single image (choose one of the defaults or Browse for your own).
- Slideshow to cycle through images in a folder.
- (Optional) Turn On or Off Show the lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen if the same image should appear when signing in.
If the desktop background also needs to match:
- Open Settings > Personalization > Background (or Personalization).
- Under Personalize your background, select Picture, Solid color, Slideshow, or Windows spotlight, and choose the image or folder.
