As mentioned in the message from your CRM provider, the DKIM record has already been created on their side. The remaining step needs to be completed with your email or domain provider, as DKIM records must be published directly in your domain’s DNS.
To move toward a resolution, I suggest the following steps:
- Confirm where your domain’s DNS is hosted (for example: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.).
- Sign in to your DNS provider’s management portal.
- Add the DKIM record exactly as provided by your CRM (including record type, host/name, and value).
- Save the changes and allow time for DNS propagation (this can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 24 hours).
- Once the DNS update has propagated, return to the CRM platform and complete the DKIM verification.
