Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

To request a refund for a mistaken Microsoft 365 subscription that started today and was then canceled, follow these steps:

1. Cancel the subscription (if not already fully canceled):
   1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase the subscription.
   2. Find the Microsoft 365 subscription and select Manage.
   3. On the next page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what is shown), then follow the on-screen instructions.

   • Refund eligibility is determined after cancellation. Not all cancellations result in a refund.
   • In some countries (for example Canada, Israel, Korea, Turkey, and certain conditions in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, and Portugal), canceling a subscription may result in a prorated refund. 3. If the charge is unrecognized or appears mistaken:
   • Go to the Manage your payments section of the Microsoft account dashboard (via the link provided in the refund article) to review the charge and follow the guidance there.
4. If the subscription was purchased through a third party (Google Play or Apple App Store):
   • Microsoft cannot process those refunds directly.
   • For Google Play purchases, see Learn about Google Play refund policies.
   • For Apple App Store purchases, request a refund from Apple support.

If the country is on the prorated-refund list and the subscription meets the conditions, refunds may be processed automatically after cancellation.
