Microsoft Visio subscriptions that were purchased using a Microsoft Entra accounts, they must be cancelled through the admin portal here: https://admin.cloud.microsoft/?#/homepage
Once you have signed into your work account, please can you click onto 'Your products' under 'Billing' on the left-hand side navigation menu.
You will see your products on the table on the page. Please click onto 'Visio' on the table. This will open the product details on the page. You will see an option to cancel subscription under 'Subscription status'
If you do not see the option to cancel the subscription, this means you have signed into an account that doesn't have billing admin privileges. If it is greyed out, it is a trial subscription already and recurring billing is not enabled which means once it expires, the subscription is removed. You can confirm this by looking at recurring billing; it should show as off, expires on...
If you bought the subscription with a personal Microsoft account, you would need to cancel the subscription through the Microsoft account portal here: https://account.microsoft.com/services
Once you have signed into your personal Microsoft account, please click onto 'Manage' on the right-hand side of the tile where the subscription name is displayed. Then click onto cancel.
