I am writing to request assistance with verifying my eligibility for the Azure for Students ($100 credit) offer.

My academic institution does not provide students with official ".edu" or institutional email addresses. However, I am a currently enrolled student and have already been successfully verified for the GitHub Student Developer Pack using my official academic documents.

I have the following documentation available to prove my enrollment:

A valid Student ID card (showing my name and current academic year).

Official enrollment letters/transcripts.

Confirmation of my GitHub Student Developer Pack status.

Sign up via the GitHub Student Developer Pack flow • Go to https://signup.azure.com/studentverification?offerType=1 • Click “Sign in with your GitHub account” (use your GitHub user ID, not an email address). • Make sure your GitHub account’s primary email matches the address you want on Azure. • After signing in, you’ll be prompted to enter the unique code you got when you “Activated” Azure in your GitHub Student Developer Pack benefits. • Follow the prompts to upload your documents (student ID, enrollment letter/transcript, GitHub Pack confirmation).

If the automated flow doesn’t show the document-upload step or you run into errors, open a manual support request: • In the Azure portal (portal.azure.com), go to “Help + support” → “New support request.” • For Issue type select “Billing” → “Student verification.” • Attach clear scans/photos of: – Your student ID (name + current year) – Official enrollment letter or transcript – Screenshot/confirmation of your GitHub Student Developer Pack • In the description, note that you’re a Dhaka College student without an institutional email and ask them to complete manual verification.
