The customer has an MCA-E agreement and does not have Unified Support. After signing the MCA-E, customer purchased the Professional Direct (ProDirect) plan directly through the Azure portal.
Could you clarify the scope of the ProDirect plan in this context? Is it limited to a single subscription, applicable to all subscriptions under the same billing account, or tenant-wide across all subscriptions within the tenant?
