Someone is hacking my account

Please can someone call me back regarding hacking of my account. I am worried they have my financial . I need information on whether I need to delete my whole account? Please can someone get in touch with me ASAP. Telephone number -removed for ptivacy-

    To help guide you correctly, could you please confirm:

    • Are you still able to sign in to your account right now, or are you fully locked out?

    What’s important right now is this:

    1, If you can still sign in, secure the account immediately

    2, If you can’t sign in, fill out the Microsoft Account Recovery form (ACSR) with maximum details

    • Go to: https://account.live.com/acsr
    • Enter the email you want to recover and an alternate email where Microsoft can contact you.
    • Provide as many accurate details as possible, such as old passwords, frequent contacts/subject lines and submit from a familiar device/location.
    • Wait 24–72 hours for a response. You may refine and resubmit up to twice per day.

    3, About deleting your account

    You generally do not need to delete your account. If it was compromised, the priority is regaining access, removing unauthorized changes and securing it properly. Deleting the account could result in permanent data loss.
