    Hello Arnaud Wynia

I can see that your Office is not working properly

Since the issue started after adding a personal Microsoft 365 Premium subscription on the same Windows device as your company account, the Office apps may be trying to use the wrong account/license or there may be more than one Office installation causing a conflict.

    Please try these steps:

    1. Open any Office app, such as Word or Excel, then go to File > Account.
    2. Sign out of any account that should not be used for this Office installation, then sign in with the Microsoft account used to purchase Microsoft 365 Premium.
    3. Make sure to remove any old or unused Office versions.
    4. Restart the computer, then open Word or Excel again.
    5. If the apps are still slow or not working correctly, run an Online Repair from Control Panel > Programs and Features > Microsoft 365 > Change > Online Repair. You can read more about this here:

    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
