I purchased 2019 Office Home & Business & redeemed 12/25/2019 under old email [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@mlh...ect.com and old phone number [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed] account log-in, as I am retired. My Office is not working and gone & I tried to reload with product key but was not able to go to old orginal acct. I setup new MS account but the product is not there (under old acct.). How do I get product data to new MS acct. to reload?

    Hello michael hammond

I can see that you have lost your previous MS account and phone number, so now you can't find your Office 2019 to reload.

You generally cannot just make the old Office 2019 license appear in a new Microsoft account on your own; the purchase is tied to the account used at redemption

Because of this, you should try to recover the old Microsoft account you originally used for the 2019 redemption. Once you can access that account again, you can reinstall from your Microsoft account dashboard using the Office product already linked there

Try using to recover your account through recovery form, you can refer to this site: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

If you can’t recover the old account, contact Microsoft Support and have your proof of purchase ready, such as the product key, receipt, old email address, and redemption date. Here is how to contact Microsoft Support for assistance:

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day.
