Uninstall Office 2013

I see that you want to uninstall Office 2013. Best way is using Microsoft removal tool:

Solution 1 — Official uninstall tool (recommended)

1. Download Microsoft tool here: https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC
2. Run the file (SetupProd_OffScrub.exe)
3. Click Yes when prompted
4. Choose Office 2013 (or select all)
5. Let it remove everything
6. Restart your PC when finished

This tool completely removes files, registry entries and leftover components same purpose as OffScrub but officially supported.

Solution 2 — Command-line full scrub (advanced)

1. Download SaRA package (same tool as above)
2. Open Command Prompt as Administrator
3. Run: SaRAcmd.exe -S OfficeScrubScenario -AcceptEula -OfficeVersion 2013
4. Wait > restart PC

This removes only Office 2013 or you can change to All to wipe everything

OffScrub_O15.vbs is part of Microsoft’s internal/legacy uninstall scripts and is not provided as a public standalone download. To completely remove Office 2013, use the supported uninstall tools and methods instead.

For a full cleanup of Office 2013/Microsoft 365 Apps on Windows, use the automated uninstall (Easy Fix) tool or the Office uninstall troubleshooter provided by Microsoft:

1. Try standard uninstall first:
   • Open Control Panel → Programs → Programs and Features.
   • Select the Office 2013/Microsoft 365 suite → Uninstall.
2. If that fails or Office will not uninstall cleanly, use the automated uninstall tool:
   • Use the Easy Fix/uninstall troubleshooter referenced by Microsoft to completely remove Office. For example:
     • From the Office uninstall video guidance: download the Easy Fix tool from the link given there and run it to remove all Office components.
     • For Office 365 operated by 21Vianet or similar: use the “easy fix” button/download in that article (the tool name typically starts with O15CTRRemove).
   • Run the tool, choose to apply the fix, let it complete, then restart Windows when prompted.
3. If uninstall errors occur (for example “Couldn’t uninstall Office” or “Office is busy”):
   • Restart Windows and try the uninstall again.
   • If it still fails, use the automated troubleshooter or manual uninstall steps referenced in the error article.

These supported tools replace the need for OffScrub_O15.vbs and are the recommended way to completely remove Office 2013.
