Can't activate office 2021

in 2021 I purchased a PC version of Class versions of word excel and outlook plus publisher for a one time fee. I have used it with no problem until now and I had to reinstall everything on my computer. When I download now it won't accept my redemption code.

    You can't enter the product key a second time. Instead, use your associated Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/services to install and activate Office.
