    Hi @Bernice

From my research, Microsoft has not moved its billing entity from Ireland to the UK. UK business customers are still billed through Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (MIOL), based in Dublin, Ireland. If you are seeing 20% VAT on your invoice, this is likely because a valid UK VAT number has not been added to your Microsoft billing account. Without a VAT number on file, Microsoft is required to charge the local VAT rate.

If you have an MCA (Microsoft Customer Agreement) billing account

    • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    • Go to Billing > Billing accounts.
    • Select your billing account.
    • Select Add tax ID
    •  Enter your Tax id, then select Save.

If you have an MOSA (Microsoft Online Services Agreement) billing account

    • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    • Go to Billing > Your products.
    • Select the subscription you want to update.
    • In the Service usage address section, select Edit service usage address.
    • Enter your VAT number in the VAT number box and select Save.

To check which billing account type you have, go to Billing > Billing accounts in the admin center.

Hopefully it clears thing up and if you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
