Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Did you recently purchase the Microsoft 365 subscription? If so, have you waited at least 24 to 48 hours?

After purchasing additional storage (or freeing space), it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for everything to fully update across your account.

If the update is still pending after 24 hours, you can try unlinking and relinking your OneDrive account, or resetting it. "Unlink and re-link OneDrive" https://support.microsoft.com/office/unlink-and-re-link-onedrive-3c4680bf-cc36-4204-9ca5-e7b24cdd23ea

If the issue still persists, please wait another 24 hours for everything to fully update across your account.

The online storage that you purchased is added to the Microsoft account that you used to make the purchase. It does not get added to any other Microsoft account, and cannot be shared with any other Microsoft account.

Also please keep in mind that Q&A is a community forum where other Windows users volunteer their time and knowledge for help with technical questions. No one here has any access to your billing account with Microsoft.
