Unable to Download Office 2024 for Mac

When I attempt to download Office 2024, it asks for the key, validates the key, and gives me an option to download 32-bit or 64-bit. I selected 64, and then I get a message:

Service UnavailableWe are currently experiencing technical difficulties.

Please try again later.

It been happening for at least a week now
