You may need to log in again to update server information from your email provider, as it is a third-party email.
- Open the new Outlook > Click File > Accounts > Account Information > Click Manage next to your account > Remove > Restart your computer.
- Add your account again when you start your computer.
Some email providers require an application code instead of a password. If the problem persists, try generating an application code and using it in place of your password.
