I've been asking help through the Q&A and got general info, that didn't help, since I've been involved with this so long. I purchased an outside help, that told me, that the old Authenticator is in collision with the new one. I have offered this, but no help has arrived. This harmful possibility is in your (Microsofts pages), so it is not a new or unknown problem. I've sofar missed almost all new job offers as I cannot sign-in for ex. to my clould, where my material is. Is there any suggestions from people that have solved this? I have been waiting for a new account for three months, and not even that has arrived.
