    Hi daniel dytrych

From your post, I understand how stressful it is to lose access to your account, especially when the security information has been changed.

Normally, each submission should get a reply within ~24 hours. If you haven’t received any response, it could indicate:

    • The reply emails are being filtered (spam/junk)
    • The contact email entered in the form may be incorrect

    Please try these checks:

1, Check all email folders carefully

    Look in:

    • “Junk”
    • “Spam”
    • “Other” / “Clutter” using the contact email you entered in the form

2, Fill out the recovery form one more time with maximum details

    Please try the following:

    • Use a different contact email address
    • Use a different device and network (e.g., mobile data instead of Wi‑Fi)

    Then go to: https://account.live.com/acsr and:

    • Enter your locked-out email and an alternate email where Microsoft can contact you
    • Provide as many accurate details as possible, such as old passwords, frequent contacts, and subject lines
    • Submit the form from a familiar device/location

    After submission:

    • Wait 24–72 hours for a response
    • You may refine and resubmit the form up to twice per day

For additional guidance, please see this official article: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form

3, Use the Xbox Specialized Recovery Form

Please also try to fill out this official recovery form (Xbox) here: Recover your Microsoft account - Xbox Support

This form may be more effective for accounts with Xbox subscriptions. When completing the form, provide as much detail as possible (such as gamertag, devices you’ve used, any aliases linked to the account). The more information you can give, the better the support team can verify ownership and restore access.

Please kindly note that this is a user-to-user community forum, I do not have the ability, tools to unblock, recover accounts or bypass security. Only Microsoft’s official recovery process can restore access.

For more details, you can see How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

Please feel free to let me know how it goes or if you need help with contact support. Thank you for your understanding.
