Sudden driver crash, While playing roblox

While playing roblox, my laptop suddenly crash, like it freezes, i cant do anything from task manager, everything like spotify continues to run, but roblox, task manager, ends up in an infinite "Cancel this task?" i press yes, but it does nothing, im not an english native speaker, so sorry if i make any mistakes. Even underclocking my gpu stopped helping this error, please help me.

The event you shared in the third screenshot is usually recorded when there is an abrupt shutdown.

Does the behavior you're experiencing require you to force your PC to shut down?

Also, please export and share the log for analysis:

Press Windows + X and select Event Viewer;
Expand Windows Logs and select System;
In the Actions panel on the right, select Filter Current Log;
In Event level, check the boxes Critical, Warning, and Error and click on Ok;
Again, in the Actions panel, select Save Filtered Log File As and save in an easily accessible place.

Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.

I haven't found an error that could be related to the issue. Only the entries that say the shutdown was not expected and "Event 41 Kernel-Power". However, these entries are registered in all types of abrupt system shutdowns. Therefore, they are not entries that help identify the cause of the problem.

Please see if your computer created minidump files.

These files are in C:\Windows\Minidump.

(I have seen some cases where the folder is in the plural "Minidumps".)

(If you don't have the folder or no files in it, it means that the computer didn't create the files. In this case, let me know, and I'll proceed.)

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Thanks for the clarification.

That explains it, Windows X-Lite is a modified/stripped-down version of Windows. To make the OS lighter, the creators usually disable Windows Error Reporting and the creation of dump files, which is why you don't have the Minidump folder.

Without those logs, and since Kernel-Power 41 only tells us "the PC shut down unexpectedly" (usually hardware or power-related), we have to try two things: either re-enable the dumps or look at the hardware directly.

1 = Try to Force-Enable Minidumps

(Even on modified Windows, sometimes you can turn them back on)

Press Win + R, type sysdm.cpl, and press Enter.

Go to the Advanced tab.

Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings.

Make sure Write debugging information is set to Small memory dump (256 KB).

Ensure the directory path is %SystemRoot%\Minidump.

Click OK and restart (not shutdown) your PC.

Note: If the option is greyed out or throws an error, the creator completely ripped that feature out of the ISO.

2 = Check Virtual Memory (Pagefile)

(Windows needs a Pagefile on the main drive to write dumps)

In that same Advanced tab (sysdm.cpl), under Performance, click Settings.

Go to the Advanced tab and click Change... under Virtual Memory.

Make sure Automatically manage paging file size for all drives is checked (or at least your C: drive has a system-managed pagefile).

After doing that, try reproducing the crash by playing the game and see if a minidump is created.

If it is created, please share it so I can analyze it.
