Hello,

I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding my Non-Profit Organization's Azure environment. Our production website is currently down because our subscription has been disabled due to unpaid invoices, despite having an active $2,000/year Microsoft Non-Profit Grant.

Issue Summary:

Organization Status: Verified Non-Profit.

Problem: We have started receiving non-zero invoices that are charging our backup payment method instead of drawing from our $2,000 Sponsorship credit.

Current State: Subscription is disabled and the website is offline.

Previous Action: I submitted a request via the Non-Profit Hub, but have not received a response, and the billing issue persists.

Request: I need a billing engineer to:

Re-link our active Non-Profit Sponsorship credits to our primary subscription.

Temporarily enable the subscription so our services can resume while the billing discrepancy is resolved.

Review the recent invoices to ensure they are applied against the grant balance rather than a credit card.

Support Ticket ID: 2604200040007732

I would appreciate any help in escalating this to the billing and sponsorship team immediately.

Thank you.
