So, your address ends in @outlook.com, correct? What do you see when you choose "People" in the left-hand pane? Do you see any contacts or is it empty? If you log into https://outlook.live.com/people/ using a web browser, do you see your contacts?
How to fix outlook address book load issue
How problem with address book loading. I installed Microsoft 365 premium after which outlook address book is not loading.

2026-05-05T20:29:29.8933333+00:00 If you are using new Outlook with a Microsoft address mailbox (the address must end with a Microsoft domain like Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, live.com or msn.com), it will fully sync and you'll see whatever in in the mailbox, including Calendar and Contacts, provided you allowed new Outlook to configure the account for you.

Since this forum is dedicated to problems with new Outlook for Windows, I'll assume that's what you're using. Who is your mail provider - that is, what follows the @ in your address? What type of account (POP, IMAP, Exchange) are you using? Did you allow new Outlook to configure it automatically or did you configure it manually? What did you use before installing Microsoft 365? Details matter. Please share all you can.
