Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
To speak with someone about a Microsoft 365 Family subscription (for home use), use Microsoft’s consumer support options:
- Go to the Microsoft Support contact page for home products: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
- Make sure signed in with the Microsoft account that owns the Microsoft 365 Family subscription.
- In the help box, briefly describe the issue (for example, “Microsoft 365 Family billing” or “subscription question”).
- Choose Contact support when it appears.
- Under Products & services, select Microsoft 365 & Office (or similar) and then the category that best matches the issue (for example, Manage my subscription or Billing).
- Proceed through the prompts to select either Chat with a support agent or Call me back. If phone support is available in the region, a callback option will be offered.
If direct chat or callback is not immediately available, also try:
- Using the Get Help app on Windows (search for “Get Help” in the Start menu, then type “Chat with an agent”, choose Contact support, and follow the prompts for Microsoft 365 & Office).
- Searching or posting in the Microsoft 365 community forums if guidance rather than account-specific action is needed.
For general Microsoft 365 for home support options (including chat and callback availability for Microsoft 365 Family), see the “Support for home products” and “Microsoft 365 subscription” sections in the Microsoft 365 Customer Service and Support page.
