Stuck on purchase/Trial page after purchase/download

Microsoft 365 purchase was made this afternoon. The download has been completed. When I attempt to open a file the purchase/trial page comes up and I can't access a new page.

    If your computer came with a preinstalled trial version of Office, uninstall the trial. Then can you install and activate the subscription product you have?
