I have emailed and phoned and not able to receive any help to resolve my account set-up issue. I'm not recognised as a user and can't get passed the login screen for M365 that I've recently purchased. AI phone assistance reverts me back to login page that I cannot access. Noone is responding to emails. Can you please help me contact a real assistant as they are quite helpful

I think the lockout comes from the tenant’s id‑seed not finishing its first write… try the admin‑name from the purchase mail at the admin portal once, and when it still drops u, billing can re‑write that seed.

    Dear @Rochelle Hicks,

I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with this right after purchasing the subscription.

To better assistance, could you please confirm following information:

    • What is the exact error message you see when signing in? Could you please share its screenshot?
    • Do you have the purchase confirmation/welcome email, and does it show a username like admin@<tenant>.onmicrosoft.com? Do you use it to login or the email you use to purchase M365 subscription?
    • Did you buy directly from Microsoft, or through a partner/reseller?
    • Are you the only administrator, or is there another admin who can sign in?

In the meantime, I recommend as below:
1/ If you used the email you purchased the subscription, please try to find confirmation/welcome email and use the username in that mail to login https://admin.microsoft.com

2/ If there is any other admin from your tenant, please ask that admin reassign your role and reset your password account

3/ If you are the only admin and you are completely locked from your tenant. You also tried to call Customer support but it did not work. I recommend you can try set up a new trial tenant and submit your support request:

    • Start a free trial: Go to Compare Office 365 Enterprise Pricing and Plans | Microsoft 365.  and click Try for free to create a new tenant.
    • Complete setup: Follow the guided steps to create a new Microsoft account and tenant.
    • Access Admin Center: Sign in at https://admin.microsoft.com.
    • Open Support: In the left menu, select Support > Help & support.
    • Submit a ticket: Clearly state you are locked out of a different tenant where you are the admin. Include: Admin account email, Tenant domain name, Error messages, Issue details, Confirmation you are the administrator
    • Track your request: Submit and note the ticket number.

    Important notes:

    • The trial tenant won’t give access to your original tenant’s data or settings; it’s only for contacting Microsoft support.
    • Support may require identity and admin rights verification for the locked tenant.
    • Resolution could take longer because you’re contacting from a different tenant.
    • Please do not forget cancel the trial subscription after resolving the issue to avoid charges (Admin Center > Billing > Your products).

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
