I lost both past and present calendar entries when the new ios update was done 3 days ago. How do I retrieve them?

I need to speak to someone that can help me. I have already tried Chat GTP (AI) I have tried Apple in store and their on line assistance through my account. I finally got through to someone at Microsoft and he sent me a useless link which brought me right back to where I started from No one helps me!!!!!
Why can't I just speak to someone there? I pay a subscription to you and you are totally unavailable for help!
