We detected activity that goes against the Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account. I set up a new account in Outlook. Now the account is locked. I have my Medical App tied to this email and having trouble getting to it. I need help and also to understand what I did wrong to go against MS agreements. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem. I understand how important recovering your account is to you.

If you tried to sign in and received a message that your account is locked, you can use the Microsoft account sign-in helper tool. This tool will tell you what exact steps you have to take to recover your account.

    Other recovery options :

Since the account is new, you cannot use the account recovery form here.

Instead, submit the account reinstatement form to the Microsoft account digital safety team to review the response why your account was disabled and help reinstate your account if possible.

Select "I am getting an error that my account has been temporarily blocked." and click submit.
