I purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription at Office Works but cant find the paper copy to activate it. I only have the receipt with the reference number on it. I would really like to talk to a human to discuss this.

Can you call me on 0439195647

If you purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription from a 3rd party retailer, did they provide you with a product key card, and if so, did you loose that key card?

If that is what happened, then you first need to contact that retailer to ask them if they can provide you with a replacement key card, if not, this forum is just a user to user forum, you will need to contact Microsoft Support Directly, provide them with proof of purchase and any other details you may have and they may or may not be able to find the associated product key, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
