How to restore accidentally deleted stickey OneNote sticky notes

On my Android phone, I use sticky notes frequently, and app was open on the tile I was previously using while I wasn't paying attention. When I looked at my phone again, I noticed all the data was gone except for the single digit character I accidentally hit that remained after all the usable content I had was deleted. I wish there was an undo button on this app. This a significant pain point, that this app doesn't use Microsoft Word process functions and feature. How do I recover my lost data?

You can immediately check OneNote Sticky Notes on the web using the same Microsoft account. If the original text still appears there, copy it into another document before synchronization updates it.

As the Sticky Note still exists and its contents were replaced by a single character, it is considered an edit—not a deleted note. Sticky Notes automatically synchronize edits and do not provide version history or a recycle bin for overwritten text.

If another device previously displayed the note, disconnect that device from the internet before opening Sticky Notes; a cached copy might still be available.
