    Just to confirm, could you please see if you can access your OneDrive Personal Vault Online?

    Open an incognito tab and sign in with your Microsoft account using the link above.

    Select 'My files' in the left pane, and double-click the Personal Vault folder to access it.

    1. If you can access Personal Vault online but not in your OneDrive desktop folder, could you let me know whether you’re using Windows or Mac?
