Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello ahmed farrag
Thank you for reaching and I'm so sorry to hear about the situation, in order to understand more about the charge, please:
- Go to account.microsoft.com/services and login to your personal Microsoft account then check to see if there's any subscription under your account, if yes then the charged could likely coming from that subscription.
- If not, may I ask is your account a personal or work/school account?
In case there is a subscription that is showing under your account then it is likely a monthly fee for the subscription, you can also check this article on How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft
Please do check the steps above and if the charges did not come from there and perhaps coming from a business or other type, please do let me know so I can provide further support.
