To help narrow down the issue:
- What happens when you try to change it to monthly? Do you get an error message, or is the monthly option simply not available?
- Did you purchase the subscription directly from Microsoft, or through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another retailer? Third-party subscriptions may need to be managed through the seller.
