hello, my account is locked and wont let me verify the account, can i please have some help

May I ask what happens in the second image when you press and hold the button?
Is there an error when completing the task given to verify your account? If so, can you let me know what the error was?
May I ask what solutions you have already tried to unlock your account?

hello, when i pressed next on the first image, and when i had to verify in 2nd image, that box was still there

Did you press and hold the button? Usually you hold down the button until the animation completes.

i held it down for 10+ secs and it still didnt do anything, like i said when i pressed next to show that i am human in 1st image, it came up with a white block making me not hold down the button
