Workplace Discount Program - User eligible for the program.

Hello,

I found an issue in the Workplace Discount Program workflow.

After eligibility verification and successful authentication, the website redirects to:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-it/store/b/workplace-discount-program-microsoft-365

This URL returns a "Page not found" error.

The issue appears to be the locale segment en-it in the generated URL.

By replacing it with the correct Italian locale (it-it), the process works correctly.

Could someone please review and fix the redirect configuration on the website?

Thank you.

    Hello Andrea

Thank you for reporting this and for identifying the incorrect locale in the redirect URL.

The Italian page should use it-it, so the working page is:

Open the Italian Workplace Discount Program page

Since replacing en-it with it-it allows the process to continue, this appears to be an issue with the website’s redirect configuration rather than your eligibility or Microsoft account.

This community cannot modify the website configuration directly, but the issue should be reported through Microsoft Support or the website’s feedback option so the responsible team can investigate it. Here is how to contact support:

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. 1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

In the meantime, please continue using the working it-it page as a workaround.

Thank you again for documenting the issue so clearly.

    Have a nice day

Thanks for your reply. I contacted support following the instructions provided, but I wasn't able to reach the appropriate department, and I don't know if the information about the malfunction will reach someone who can fix it.

    Thanks again.
