I request a full refund of $142.66 charged to my credit card ending in 1638 for Office 365 via an auto renewal using an old defunct email address unaware to me. Thinking I had not auto renewed, I have joined by spouse's Office 365 Family and ask for your very kind assistance. Her account renews in the Fall of 2026. Please help as I am now a user of her family account known as : Judith Overton, ******@msn.com

To request a refund, you need to be able to sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the old email at https://account.microsoft.com/services, locate the subscription, select Manage > Cancel subscription, and follow the refund prompts.
