My lockdown due to a hacker that stole my account

I have been in lockdown for 60-days(still counting). The Xbox recovery link automatic bot system keeps sending me Microsoft Account Password Reset that has no correlation to my account, and the account live link is denying me the form even though I put the LAST credits of my card and console Device ID on there. I have no idea what to do because the Live chat Microsoft support won't help me or notify the Higher safety team about my situation. All I want them to do is message me so I can provide them with all the evidence that the account belongs to me. If you wish to help me or contact me, do say so.

    Hi piken top,

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Based on your post, it appears that the account is currently subject to Microsoft's security protection processes following suspected account compromise or security information changes.

The 60-day waiting period is a security measure designed to help protect accounts from unauthorized access and recovery attempts. Unfortunately, this waiting period cannot be bypassed, shortened, or overridden by Microsoft Q&A moderators, community members, or support agents. We do not have access to account security systems and cannot manually remove these restrictions.

Additionally, Microsoft Q&A moderators and community members do not have access to Microsoft accounts and cannot verify account ownership, review submitted evidence, or directly contact the account recovery team on your behalf.

If your account was compromised, the official account recovery process is still the only path to regain access. When completing the recovery form, try to provide as much historical information as possible. If an attacker changed the account's security information, recovery can become more difficult because ownership must be verified through Microsoft's automated security and recovery systems.

You can continue using the Account Recovery Form here: https://account.live.com/acsr

I understand how frustrating a 60-day lockout can be, but neither Q&A moderators nor support agents can bypass the account verification requirements if ownership cannot be successfully validated. Hopefully, by providing the most complete and accurate account history possible, you'll have the best chance of recovering the account.
