Hello!

This is Tin, I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing your 1TB storage despite of having a subscription. Are you getting any error message? Please try to double check the status of your subscription from https://account.microsoft.com/services, please sign in your account with subscription and check if the subscription is active. If yes, please try to sign in to https://onedrive.live.com and check your Onedrive. If it's still the same, it's best to contact Microsoft Support for account and billing issues.

Please follow this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/

Make sure your Microsoft account is signed in.

Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.

Click "Contact Support."

Select "Products and Services."

Follow the instructions to connect with an operator.

You can also select "Call me back" if you prefer a call.

After you connect with an agent, please let them know about your issue so they can review your account and resolve your issue.

Thank you,

Christine
