Got blackmailed and after header tracing found out that the accounts are from microsoft, what to do?

I've gotten info through my local CERT, but I don't think they will be able to help much currently so mind if I find another way to contact Microsoft Support, where will the email support be?

I think you are looking for the MSRC reporting portal at https://msrc.microsoft.com/report/abuse .

Probably Submit Abuse Report (CERT) at https://msrc.microsoft.com/report/abuse?ThreatType=IpAddress&IncidentType=IllegalViolatesTheRightsOfOthers

But you said you've already done a CERT? Not sure what else you might be looking for.
