Can't claim included Game Pass; redemption requires a U.S. billing address.

I purchased a Lenovo Legion 5i Gen 9 in Canada and it includes a 3-month Xbox Game Pass offer. I currently live in Bangladesh. The offer appears in Microsoft Store only when my Windows region is set to the United States, but the claim page requires a U.S. billing address and I have a Bangladesh-issued debit card. How can I redeem the legitimate device-included offer without providing incorrect billing information?

    Hello Khan Md Adil,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

The offers that are included with devices are meant to be used for that specific region and are heavy region locked. So unfortunately, there is no way to claim this offer without using a US billing address. Also, setting your computer to the wrong region can also affect your purchase using your local card.

    Thank you for your understanding.
