403 Error on .gov sites

Every time I try to open a .gov website I receive a 403 Error. How do I stop this?

    A 403 error means that your browser is not being allowed to access the web page. This can happen for so many reasons. It's not a sign that you did anything wrong. Start your troubleshooting by restarting your browser without any extensions, since it's often (but not always) browser extensions that get in the way.
