I would like to donate my Office 2019. could someone call me?

I run a volunteer health clinic. I bought an Office 2019, I think it was that year) and have alternated beween Microsoft 365 and Office 2019 for years. I would like to donate my Office 2019 and byuy the 365. The volunteer clinic would just use it for simple copy and paste options. How do I do this? I am currently using the Office 2019.

    Whether your Office 2019 license can be donated depends on the exact Office edition, how it was purchased, and your country or region. Because it is currently activated and associated with your Microsoft account.

    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below. 
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account. 
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm 
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window. 

    Before contacting Support, open Word and select File > Account, then note the full product name shown under Product Information, such as Office Home & Student 2019 or Office Home & Business 2019. This will help Support verify the license terms.

    The clinic should also confirm that the edition is licensed for organizational use. If it is not transferable or suitable, the clinic may need a nonprofit or business Microsoft 365 plan instead.
