The messages don't appear in any folder, and I have reverb.com on my contacts. Any suggestions?

If messages from Reverb.com never appear in Inbox, Junk, or any other folder, the most likely causes are:

    1. Check Other if Focused Inbox is enabled. Messages can land there instead of Inbox.
    2. Check Junk Email settings and the Junk Email folder. If a Reverb message is there, mark it as Not junk.
    3. Add the sender or domain to Safe senders and domains:
      • Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email
      • Under Safe senders and domains, select Add safe sender
      • Add the sender address or the domain, then select OK and Save
    4. Check whether email forwarding is enabled.
    5. Check whether any mail rules are moving or deleting the messages.
    6. If the sender confirms the messages were sent but nothing arrives and nothing is in Junk, the messages may be getting blocked before they reach the mailbox. In that case, the sender should check whether they received a non-delivery report and fix their sending configuration.

Adding a contact alone does not prevent mail from being filtered. The safe senders list is the relevant setting.
