Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
The first step is figuring out which subscription is charging you, because the cancellation process depends on what the charge is coming from.
Sign in at account.microsoft.com and open Services & subscriptions. That page shows every active subscription on your Microsoft account — the renewal amount, the billing date, and a Cancel option for most services. A recurring charge around $14.19 is commonly linked to Microsoft 365, OneDrive storage, or Xbox Game Pass.
If you don’t see anything there that matches the charge, it may be tied to a different Microsoft account. Try signing in with any other email addresses you use.
If you still can’t identify the charge, the next step is to contact Microsoft Billing Support through support.microsoft.com. They can look up the charge using your payment method, which isn’t something the community can do.
One important note: please don’t post any personal or payment details (account names, card numbers, bank information) here. Billing Support will ask for those privately if needed.
