A class representing a collection of CognitiveServicesQuotaTierResource and their operations. Each CognitiveServicesQuotaTierResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SubscriptionResource. To get a CognitiveServicesQuotaTierCollection instance call the GetCognitiveServicesQuotaTiers method from an instance of SubscriptionResource.
