備註

Important

雖然你可以指定信號量存取規則的繼承與傳播標誌,但透過此 AccessRuleFactory 方法建立它們,並不建議這麼做。 繼承與傳播對命名的信號量沒有意義,且使存取規則的維護更加複雜。
