NegotiateStream當客戶端或伺服器無法被認證時，和 SslStream 類別會拋出此例外。當這個例外被拋出時，你可以用不同的憑證重新嘗試驗證。若無法重試驗證，則拋InvalidCredentialException出 a AuthenticationException 代替。
