How do I remove Emails that i previously signed in on Edge and different Microsoft apps on Mac?

I signed out from all Microsoft apps and removed all Microsoft apps then removed every Microsoft related stuff from Keychain Access and also removed all leftovers but even after everything these emails are still there when I reinstall Edge.

Exception of clear cookies on exit is broken on Edge 140

After updating to version 140, Edge will not remember my cookies exception in Clear browsing data on close. When I enter a website, Edge will not remember after reopening the app. All my cookies are lost and I have to re-login into every websites.
